Thank you for choosing Bloomiing Mushrooms! We are delighted to offer free shipping for U.S customers as part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service. We do ship internationally. Pricing depends on your location.

At Bloomiing Mushrooms, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products. Please carefully review the following information regarding our return policy.

 

Damaged Packages Eligibility:

We accept returns for damaged packages only. If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package.  The damage must be directly related to the shipping process or a manufacturing defect to be eligible for a return.

 

Notification and Documentation:

To initiate a return, please notify our customer support team by [email] within the specified time frame. Provide detailed information about the damage, including photographs or videos that clearly demonstrate the extent of the damage. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

 

Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the damaged item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. Include all original packaging materials, accessories, and documentation.

 

Inspection and Resolution:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the damage and determine the appropriate Resolution. If the damage is confirmed to be a result of shipping or a manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

 

Replacement:

We will send you a new, undamaged item at no additional cost.

 

Refund:

We will fully refund the damaged item, including applicable shipping charges.

 

Exclusions:

Our return policy applies only to damaged packages caused by shipping or manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for other reasons, such as changes of mind, size/color discrepancies, or incorrect ordering. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence are not eligible for return.

 

Shipping Costs:

If a return is approved due to a damaged package, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please follow our customer support team's return instructions to ensure the return shipping is processed correctly.
